Filter the inbox down to your work
A view filters the domain's inbox down to your part of it: support tickets, mentions, one customer or one country. The view belongs to you and the mail stays shared.
How views work
Every message to @company.com lands in the domain's inbox. Each person builds a view over it, and rules route the rest.

Teams stopped mailing files to each other once shared drives arrived, and forwarding rules go the same way once every message lands in one inbox. Write a rule once and it runs on every message after that.

How views work
A rule sends the message to a colleague, to an on-device AI agent that drafts the reply, or to a webhook that updates your CRM.

Run the whole stack in your data centre or with an EU host. On sealed domains the client encrypts mail with keys you hold.

You pay when we run the mail server for your domain. Everything else costs nothing: the apps on every platform, and inbox2 over the Gmail, Microsoft 365 or IMAP accounts you already have.

Prices are per organisation, per month, excluding VAT. Cancel whenever you like. Every client exports your mail on the way out.
The console holds domains, DNS health, people, routing rules, billing and API keys. It shows what is broken before anyone forwards you a bounce.

inbox2 runs on your servers and encrypts on the client. Send through your own servers, keep AI triage off or on the device, and your mail never reaches a US processor. Billing runs through Stripe and never sees your mail.

The apps for macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, Android, the browser and the terminal all run the same Rust core over a local file on your own disk. They work with the accounts you already have, whether or not your domain lives here. Every one of them is free.
